Senior Manager of Loyalty Marketing
The Opportunity: Contribute To The Growth Of Your Career.
The Senior Manager of Loyalty Marketing will lead marketing strategy and execution to drive the TJX Rewards business, growing brand loyalty and delivering profit. In this role you will deepen brand affinity across the family of TJX brands and drive profitable sales and engagement among loyal shoppers! The Senior Manager supervises a multi-dimensional marketing scope that spans TJX & bank-led campaigns.
The ideal candidate should demonstrate agile critical thinking, outstanding communication skills and a proven ability to partner with diverse stakeholder groups to drive business results. The Senior Manager will work cross-functionally with a wide variety of TJX partners, including Brand Marketing, Creative, Media, Consumer Insights and Analytics, Store Operations, Global Payments and Digital Experience. The Senior Manager will also be responsible for the day-to-day marketing relationship with the external TJX Rewards bank partner.
Reporting directly to the AVP of Loyalty Marketing, the Senior Manager will lead a team of three and cultivate a culture in which associates feel welcomed, valued and engaged.
Who We Are Looking For: You.
- Work across TJX divisions and our bank partner to steward the TJX Rewards loyalty program
- Lead a team to envision and implement data-driven marketing strategies, communications and campaigns that drive program acquisition, engagement and retention
- Translate business priorities, brand strategies, and insights into actionable strategic plans
- Oversees TJX and bank-led marketing campaigns, delivering flawless media and creative execution across channels including in-store, email, direct mail, paid media, events, and digital experience
- Work closely with TJX brand partners to provide loyal customers with exclusive opportunities to engage with the brands they love, fueling brand loyalty and encouraging cross-brand shopping
- Ensure cohesive creative development that upholds TJX Rewards brand tone, visual identity and positioning across platforms
- Socialize loyalty plans to advise and engage key partner audiences
- Measure program impact and manage costs

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree plus 10+ years of agency or client-side marketing experience
- 4+ years of people-leader experience with a deep dedication to developing talent
- Demonstrated experience envisioning marketing strategies and driving creative execution across a breadth of marketing channels
- Proven ability to assess complex data analytics and insights, synthesize opportunities and develop actionable strategic plans across different audiences
- Effective problem-solver and agile strategic problem solver with the capacity to manage a complex, multi-dimensional scope
- Broad understanding of the retail, loyalty, and cultural landscape with a passion for understanding consumer needs and behaviors
- Collaborative relationship builder with proven experience influencing cross-functional partners
- Strong oral and written communicator, adept at presenting sophisticated concepts in an easy to understand and actionable way
- Excellent project management skills and comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
- High degree of proficiency with Microsoft Office products
This position is hybrid requiring at least two days per week in the Framingham, MA office and is not open to remote.

This position has a starting salary range of $117,000.00 to $152,100.00 per year. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual incentive as well as long-term incentives.
