Senior Fulfillment Analyst

The Opportunity: Contribute To The Growth Of Your Career.

The Senior Fulfillment Analyst serves as the liaison between Distribution Centers, Merchants, Planning, Transportation, Finance, and Store Operations to support merchandise flow, special processing needs, and quality improvement initiatives. They independently build and drive weekly/monthly/quarterly operational KPI reporting, as well as strategy analysis.

Who We Are Looking For: You!

  • Performs complex operational analyses to identify improvement opportunities & challenges relating to new Fulfillment/Distribution centers, expansions and relocations, as well as capital investment decisions
  • Supports projects related to Labor Management analysis/reporting, productivity improvement, flow through and capacity
  • Partners with Finance on annual financial and operational long-term planning to ensure financial plans are aligned with business needs and operationally feasible, identifying and communicating risks to Senior Leaders
  • Delivers multiple business critical KPI reports, ensuring efficient and effective presentation to Senior Leaders
  • Completes analyses required to support long term network planning, growth and improvement opportunities
  • Participates in the execution of any Fulfillment Operations strategy publications and support the management of projects, including the development of new project plans.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Mathematics, Business Management or a related field
  • 5+ years of data analysis experience
  • Experience synthesizing large quantities of data and presenting them in an easy to understand format in which strategic decisions can be made
  • Proficient with advanced functions within Microsoft Excel
  • Experience within Fulfillment/Distribution/Supply Chain operations is preferred
  • Ability to build relationships with all levels within an organization
  • Proven ability to solve problems creatively
  • Proven track record to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
  • Experience with analytics software/tools including but not limited to Power BI, Snowflake, Alteryx, Tableau is preferred

This position is hybrid requiring at least two days per week in the Framingham, MA office and is not open to remote.

This position has a starting salary range of USD $85,600.00 to $109,200.00 per year. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual incentive.
