What You'll Do
The Global Supply Chain - Retail Distribution Team is responsible for managing and scaling Warehouse Management and Supply Chain systems within TJX IT. We are looking for a Senior Engineer - Performance Testing who will play a critical role in ensuring our platforms remain highly performant, resilient, and scalable to support rapid business growth.
In this role, you will own the performance testing strategy, drive tool adoption and optimization, and work closely with engineering, platform, and infrastructure teams to proactively identify and mitigate performance risks across cloud-based and distributed systems.

Key Responsibilities
Define and own the end-to-end performance testing strategy for enterprise-scale, cloud-based applications
Design, execute, and analyze performance, load, stress, endurance, and scalability tests
Identify system bottlenecks across application, middleware, database, and infrastructure layers and provide actionable recommendations
Perform POCs and evaluations of performance testing tools and approaches
Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines and Agile delivery models
Collaborate with Product, Platform, Infrastructure, and DevOps teams to ensure performance is built in early
Establish performance benchmarks, SLAs, and performance gates for releases
