We're looking for a Senior Brand Marketing Specialist who will play a key role in driving national and regional marketing initiatives that support our broader department and company goals. In this position, you'll take the lead on completing marketing programs up to six months out, while analyzing performance and recommending smart, data‑driven improvements. You'll partner cross‑functionally to bring impactful brand strategies to life and help shape how our message shows up across markets. What You'll Do:
- Oversees and drives Influencer programs to increase 3rd party advocacy and expand the brand's presence on social media platforms.
- Leads and delivers the paid social media content strategy to create engaging, relevant content and build strong community interactions across the brand's social platforms.
- Manages media relations with key Canadian fashion and lifestyle influencers and media outlets & partners with the agency on earned campaigns.
- Project management of marketing communication programs (up to 6 months out),including but not limited to influencer programs, paid social and media relations.
- Prepares creative briefings to agencies, completes creative process and analysis of materials to ensure they maintain brand standards and deliver against program objectives.
About You:
- 3 to 5 years marketing project management or equivalent experience and an understanding of the customer experience, preferably in fashion retail.
- Strong communication skills including effective collaborative working relationships with internal teams and Leadership; bilingualism an asset.
- Strong time management skills with ability to prioritize competing initiatives simultaneously and create contingency plans. Ability to manage and navigate complex multi-dimensional projects and problems.
- Demonstrates strong project management capabilities, translating business cases into high-level project plans using appropriate planning tools. Effectively navigates interdependencies, adapting timelines to manage critical path items, and using tools and resources to optimize execution and get results.

Salary Range: $76,620.00-$107,268.00 /year *This represents the expected hiring range and may not represent the full pay range for the position. The salary offered may be higher than the posted range depending on several factors such as relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
