TJX Risk and Compliance teams ensure the company carries out its goals and objectives with integrity and in compliance with regulatory requirements and company policy. The Risk Assurance Analyst will support Risk Assurance functions including but not limited to regulatory reporting, risk assessments, data analytics, and process improvement. This is a hybrid position based at our Marlborough, MA office.

What You Will Do:

  • Supports the Sr. Risk Assurance Analyst and Risk & Compliance leadership in regulatory reporting, risk assessments, data analytics, and process improvement
  • Conducts research and writing on a variety of regulatory and business topics
  • Analyzes current systemic, policy, and procedure related opportunities to define risk in the areas of product compliance
  • Partners with the Sr. Risk Assurance Analysts to design, implement and conduct Risk Assurance assessments
  • Performs root cause analysis on assessment findings and works to provide solutions to the various business functions within the organization
  • Develops year-over-year analysis of assessment progress documentation through qualitative and quantitative analysis
  • Stays current on risk and compliance best practices, laws, and regulations to prevent the company from being open to risk in the future
  • Collaborates with subject matter experts across TJX
  • Other duties as assigned to support business objectives

Who We Are Looking For:

  • 2+ years of business experience in compliance focused functions such as finance, human resources legal, risk or other relevant areas
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality as appropriate
  • Confident presenting information to all levels including to executives, as well as influencing and collaborating with multiple stakeholders
  • Works effectively in a matrix environment
  • Strong critical thinking, attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven understanding of product compliance laws and regulations is a plus
  • Proficient with Office 365 Suite, including advanced Excel

This position has a starting salary range of $71,300.00 to $89,100.00 per year. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
