Job Description:

Job Summary
We're looking for a Reports Administrator with a strong focus on report creation.
Daily tasks include running and distributing reports, but long-term, you'll be building new reports to make data more approachable.
Most work will be done in Excel (O365), but you'll also use other Microsoft Office tools like Access or SharePoint-based apps such as Power BI, Power Automate, and Microsoft Lists.
This is a technical reporting role, not a data entry position.

Duties and Responsibilities
Run and distribute reports on a daily basis.
Troubleshoot report issues in a timely manner.
Fulfill requests for report enhancements or new reports.
Collaborate internally and externally to develop new reports.
Ensure reports are documented and transferable to other team members when needed.

Essential Job Requirements
Office O365:
Advanced Excel: Power Query, VBA, and UserForms. Ability to sanitize data.
General Access: Comfortable thinking in terms of databases
General SharePoint Tools: Power BI, Power Automate, Microsoft Lists
Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to adapt messaging based on audience.
Ability to think long-term about data collection and reporting processes.
