Job Description:
We're looking for a Purchasing Manager for our Stores that will manage and plan all store supply purchases with business and vendors to ensure the supply needs and requirements are fulfilled for all banners across TJX Canada.

What You'll Do:
- Lead supply strategy - Ensure timely flow of store supplies; identify risks and opportunities.
- Plan and approve purchases - Manage supply plans for openings, relocations, and renovations; approve purchase orders.
- Control budgets - Develop and monitor purchasing budgets, financial analysis, and ROI for initiatives.
- Manage vendors - Oversee vendor performance, inventory levels, and service agreements.
- Improve processes - Monitor sourcing system data and implement enhancements for compliance and efficiency.
- Collaborate cross-functionally - Partner with internal teams and GS&P on sourcing events and supply execution.
- Develop talent - Lead, mentor, and create succession plans for team growth
About You:
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in procurement or retail operations accounting/finance, with progressive people management or leadership experience preferred.
- Post-secondary degree in Procurement, Accounting, Retail, or Business Management (asset).
- Strong management and leadership skills including organizational, facilitation, negotiation, and conflict management; ability to lead, motivate, and coach teams.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and act as a trusted advisor; bilingualism an asset.
- Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills with expertise in change management, time management, and strategic decision-making under pressure.
- Proficiency in project management and technology including Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and ability to apply structured methodologies for planning and execution.

Salary Range: $87,031.00-$131,789.80 /year *This represents the expected hiring range and may not represent the full pay range for the position. The salary offered may be higher than the posted range depending on several factors such as relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
