Job Description:

We're looking for a(n) Project Analyst II who's excited to contribute to a high‑impact organization that powers secure, efficient software delivery across our global stores. You'll join the Stores Delivery Common Services team, a group dedicated to driving innovation and operational excellence through integrated deployment, testing, performance engineering, labs, and automation. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in the financial planning function of a SAFe Portfolio, supporting portfolio planning, epic/capacity management, and labor forecasting. What You'll Do:

  • Supports IT Financial Planning functions under limited guidance
  • Portfolio Planning
  • Epic/Capacity Labor Forecast
  • Monitoring of forecasts vs actuals
  • Contract Oversight
  • Identify and research problems related to Team financials
  • Support various Agile activities and events
  • Compile data & present portfolio readouts
  • Provide general support to team
  • Has growth mindset
  • Adheres to Regulatory compliance and all TJX Company standards as applicable
  • Additional work as assigned
  • Partners with team to achieve subject matter expertise in area / domain
  • Develops knowledge in specific area / domain
  • Provides subject matter expertise and insight related to the specific area / domain
  • Performs activities directly impacting function budget and/or support of governance with some supervision

About You:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT ideally in a Project / Portfolio Analyst role
  • Good understanding of financial processes
  • Knowledge of ITIL Change Management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Good knowledge of the Scaled Agile Framework
  • Good Jira, Excel, PowerPoint skills

Salary Range: $66,090.00-$92,526.00 /year *This represents the expected hiring range and may not represent the full pay range for the position. The salary offered may be higher than the posted range depending on several factors such as relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
