Join Our Growing Team at TJX Australia (TK Maxx) - Marsden Park!
Full Time | Afternoon Shift | Monday - Friday
We're looking for a Production Planning Analyst to help keep our fast-paced Distribution Centre running smoothly. This role is all about planning, problem-solving, and making sure products flow efficiently through our operations.
What You'll Do
- Turn production plans into action - ensuring everything runs on time and on target
- Build rosters and resource plans to keep operations moving
- Share insights and updates in shift meetings
- Drive continuous improvement in performance and productivity
- Support the rollout of new technologies and smarter ways of working
What We're Looking For
- Experience in planning or supply chain (warehouse experience a bonus!)
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- A proactive, resilient approach and ability to work with different teams
