Für unsere deutsche Hauptverwaltung in Düsseldorf suchen wir ab sofort einen Mitarbeiter im Kundenservice (m/w/d)/ Customer Service Advisor - befristet bis zum 31. Januar 2027

Deine Aufgaben:

• Beantwortung von unterschiedlichen Anfragen per E-Mail oder Telefon
• Klärung von Anliegen, ordentliche Dokumentation und Einhaltung von Zusagen
• Identifizierung und Eskalation von Kundenproblemen
• Kundenerwartungen verstehen und gezielt Ansatzpunkte zur Verbesserung der Servicequalität erkennen
• Betrieblichen Prozesse des Unternehmens verstehen, einhalten und stets auf dem aktuellen Stand bleiben

Dein Profil:

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
• Erfahrung im Service Bereich mit Kundenkontakt
• Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, sowohl schriftlich als auch mündlich
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
• Fließende Deutschkenntnisse, Kenntnisse in Englisch sind von Vorteil
