Your Role:
As a Merchandise Assistant, you'll be the behind-the-scenes expert supporting our Buyers to ensure everything runs smoothly. From creating Purchase Orders to tracking shipments, you'll play a key role in keeping operations on point. Your responsibilities will include:

- Accurately creating and updating Purchase Orders
- Monitoring inbound shipments
- Following up on and actioning exception reports
- Organising and maintaining merchandise samples
- Conducting product analysis and preparing Excel reports for Buyers and Planners
- Collaborating with internal departments to resolve issues (e.g. pre-ticketing, invoice discrepancies, PO movement)
- Communicating professionally with internal and external stakeholders
- Providing general office support and assisting with day-to-day functions
What We're Looking For:
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- High attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving and solution-focused mindset
- Proficiency in Excel and MS Office
- Solid numerical and analytical skills to support decision-making
- Flexibility and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
