What You'll Do:
- Leads, manages, and directs complex projects using Lean Six Sigma (LSS) and other process improvement methodologies; develops control plans to ensure project gains are continuous and sustainable.
- Accountable for long term (12-18 months) planning for continuous improvement program for functional areas of responsibility (i.e. Logistics, Finance).
- Guides the project team through all phases of the DMAIC (Define-Measure-Analyze-Improve-Control) roadmap and provides recommendations on the use of Lean or DMAIC tools.
- Supports the Intelligent Automation and Robotic Process Automation journey at TJX.
- Identifies and defines project metrics and is responsible for the delivery of measurable and validated results.
- Oversees collection and analysis of data and identifies the "Voice of the Customer" through data collection, surveys, and interviews. Reviews statistical tests for accuracy.
- Participates in the development and maintenance of the Process Improvement standards and methods utilizing industry best practices.
- Provides leadership and guidance to less experienced Associates (i.e. Green Belts); mentors on relationship management, business acumen, and technical best practices.
- Responsible for supporting department talent strategy to ensure a pipeline of diverse, functional capability to fill key positions in support of future department needs.
- Provides leadership, talent development, and coaching; participates in talent development discussions and talent review calibrations.
About You:
- Relevant post-secondary education, ideally in Operations Management, Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or similar technical major.
- A Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification is required; related certifications (i.e. Agile, Safe, PMP) are considered an asset.
- A minimum of seven (7) years of professional experience in Process Improvement, Quality, Operations, or similar technical discipline.
- Demonstrated proficiency of Lean and DMAIC tools.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable results.
- Working knowledge of Robotic Process Automation, Artificial Intelligence and other smart automation tools.
- Excellent interpersonal skills: the ability to influence business partners, act as collaborative partner, influence and prioritize activities/resources to meet the organization needs, build credibility as a trusted advisor.
- Strong problem-solving skills including the analysis of information (i.e. requirements; description of problems.), providing solutions with cost implications, and executing strategic solutions.
- Strong project management skills including structured project methodology (i.e. determining needs, researching existing programs); preparing and maintaining detailed development plans for projects, determining project specifications, applying principles of project control to launch and manage new initiatives.
- People management skills including coaching, mentorship, and ability to provide clear feedback to team.
- Experience with data visualization software such as Microsoft Power BI and Tableau.

Salary Range: $108,696.00-$164,596.80 /year *This represents the expected hiring range and may not represent the full pay range for the position. The salary offered may be higher than the posted range depending on several factors such as relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
