We're looking for a Manager of Business Intelligence and Continuous Improvement who will shape the future of our Distribution Services through innovative production modeling, analytics, and reporting strategies. In this role, you'll lead the design of data‑driven insights that directly support long‑term business growth and performance. You'll also spearhead our Continuous Improvement programs, guiding complex projects that enhance efficiency and deliver measurable financial impact.   • Develop and execute a business intelligence, analytics, and continuous improvement strategy aligned with TJXC Distribution Services priorities.
  • Lead departmental budgeting and operational forecasting, prioritizing Continuous Improvement initiatives to drive process optimization, cost reduction, and measurable financial improvements.
  • Oversee Distribution Services analytics, reporting frameworks, and modeling to support long‑term strategic planning and capacity forecasting.
  • Present annual budgets and operational/financial forecasts to Finance and DS Leadership, ensuring alignment with financial targets and business initiatives.
  • Prepare Distribution Services reporting (KPIs, executive summaries) to track progress on initiatives and projects.
  • Identify and develop Distribution Services initiatives-including performance management and warehouse systems-using clear metrics to ensure validated results.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to leadership, partnering with TJXC and global teams to maintain centralized data repositories and support advanced data modeling needs.
  • Contribute to cross‑functional projects, committees, and annual DS initiatives.

Continuous Improvement Leadership

  • Lead complex Continuous Improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma, MOST, and other methodologies to improve workflows, reduce ergonomic risk, minimize cycle time, and eliminate waste.
  • Develop and oversee control plans to ensure long‑term sustainability of project outcomes.
  • Partner across Distribution Services, Supply Chain, Finance, Integrated Supply Chain, and Global teams to design tailored analytics and Continuous Improvement solutions and evaluate financial/operational impacts.
  • Stay current on industry trends through conferences, roundtables, and market research.

Leadership & Talent Development

  • Lead a diverse Business Intelligence, Continuous Improvement, and Analytics team, ensuring succession planning and development opportunities that support growth and career progression.
  • Coach and mentor team members, fostering strong relationship management and best‑practice sharing.
  • Promote a culture of leadership, accountability, innovation, and continuous learning across DS.
  • Participate in talent strategy, calibration, and capability planning to build a strong pipeline for future organizational needs.

About You:

  • Minimum seven (7) years of progressive Distribution experience, including five (5) years in management; retail or similar operational experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, assess operational capabilities, and inform financial and business decisions.
  • Demonstrated experience in budgeting, including developing, managing, and evaluating financial impacts.
  • Proven problem‑solving abilities with the capability to assess requirements, analyze issues, and recommend effective, cost‑informed solutions.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to guide teams, resolve issues, and build effective working relationships.
  • Excellent collaboration and stakeholder‑influencing skills, with the ability to build credibility across functional areas.
  • Strong time‑management and prioritization skills with a high sense of urgency.
  • Solid project management capabilities: experience with project reporting systems is an asset.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and manage sensitive information appropriately.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Power BI.
  • Experience developing dashboards, reports, and scorecards to support KPI and business performance tracking.
