What You'll Do:

  • Lead the planning and execution of loyalty marketing strategies and content across digital, in-store, and other marketing channels, ensuring alignment with business objectives.


  • Drive program enhancements and leverage data and insights to optimize engagement and program acquisition.


  • Manage budgets, agency relationships, and overall project management for STYLE+ loyalty initiatives.


  • Collaborate cross-functionally and globally with marketing, IT, legal, operations, and vendor partners to deliver impactful campaigns.


  • Provide leadership through talent development, coaching, and fostering collaboration within the marketing team

About You:

  • Minimum 5-7 years of related marketing experience, preferably in retail.


  • Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or Communications.


  • Strong understanding of loyalty marketing and customer engagement strategies.


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; bilingualism is an asset.


  • Highly organized with the ability to manage details, prioritize, and multitask under pressure.


  • Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills, including conflict management and active listening.


  • Proven leadership and team management experience, including coaching and performance development.


  • Skilled in project management and strategic planning, with the ability to influence stakeholders.


  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to apply data insights to business decisions.


  • Innovative mindset with a passion for introducing new ideas and driving change.


  • Customer-focused with a strong attention to detail and process excellence.

Salary Range: $87,031.00-$131,789.80 /year *This represents the expected hiring range and may not represent the full pay range for the position. The salary offered may be higher than the posted range depending on several factors such as relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
