Job Description:
We're looking for an analytical and proactive Loss Prevention TriageCoordinator to join our Loss Prevention team. Reporting to the Central Loss Prevention Manager, you'll play a key role in identifying risk, analysing incidents, supporting investigations and helping protect our people, stores and assets.
This role operates on a rotating roster, including weekend coverage, with weekend shifts worked remotely from home.

What You'll Do
- Analyse incident reports, CCTV footage and intelligence data to identify risks and trends.
- Triage and escalate theft, fraud, organised retail crime and safety incidents.
- Support Loss Prevention teams with actionable intelligence and investigation referrals.
- Monitor compliance, identify process gaps and provide insights to reduce shrink.
- Partner with Operations, HR, Finance, WHS and external stakeholders to drive positive outcomes.
What You'll Bring
- Experience in Loss Prevention, Investigations, Asset Protection, Intelligence, Security or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with CCTV, incident management or intelligence platforms.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A curious mindset and passion for uncovering insights that make a difference.
