Job Description:
We're looking for a Loss Prevention Investigations Support Manager to lead and elevate our investigative data support through standardized analytics, strong case management systems, and comprehensive reporting. In this role, you'll ensure investigations are accurately initiated and completed, supporting investigation of internal cases, ORC-related fraud, and broader Loss Prevention initiatives with insights and evidence. You'll have the opportunity to influence decision-making at scale, strengthen investigative integrity, and drive impact across the organization. What You'll Do:
- Leads the development and delivery of 12-month+ exception-based reporting roadmap and implements the strategy to achieve innovative and optimized investigative
- Advance investigative data capabilities by improving tools and analytical models used to identify theft, fraud, and shrink, while supporting both current and future Loss Prevention needs.
- Analyze and synthesize complex, multi‑source data to produce actionable insights, partner with interested parties to design, test, and implement effective analytical processes.
- Create clear, impactful reports, dashboards, and executive‑level presentations that highlight trends, support operational initiatives, and inform resource and investment decisions.
- Regularly assesses, monitors, and evaluates results from exception-based reporting, business intelligence and reporting dashboards, to continuously enhance and influence Investigations intelligence and increase closure rates.
- A strong leader and coach that builds capability in the business that brings out the best in people; creating an environment that fosters high performance, innovation, learning and initiative; supports a culture of accountability.
About You:
- 5-7 years of experience in Retail Investigations, Business Intelligence, or investigative data analysis, preferably in a multi‑unit retail environment.
- Post‑secondary education in Criminology, with Business Administration or Project Management experience considered an asset.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable, ROI‑focused insights.
- Leader and collaborator, comfortable influencing interested parties, coaching teams, and managing competing priorities.
- Trusted professional with good judgment, strong confidentiality practices, and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).

Salary Range: $89,208.00-$135,086.40 /year *This represents the expected hiring range and may not represent the full pay range for the position. The salary offered may be higher than the posted range depending on several factors such as relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
