Looking for a role where every day brings something new?
We're searching for a Logistics Specialist - Supplies & Pallets to help keep our busy Distribution Centre running at its best. If you enjoy organising, problem‑solving, and keeping things moving behind the scenes, this could be your next career step.
This is a full‑time role at our Processing Centre in Marsden Park.
What You'll Do
- Keep track of pallet movements (hire, return, transfer) and help resolve any discrepancies
- Manage stock levels of key consumables like packaging, PPE, and tools
- Forecast supply needs during busy and quiet periods
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries
- Support reporting, documentation, and general admin tasks across the team
What You'll Bring
- Experience in warehouse operations, inventory, or supply control
- Strong attention to detail and good Excel skills
- Ability to build positive working relationships
- Experience with pallet systems (CHEP/Loscam) or warehouse systems (WMS/ERP) is an advantage
- Effective communication, organisation, and time‑management skills

- Accurate and on‑time pallet and supply data
- Smooth reconciliation and minimal discrepancies
- Well‑maintained consumable inventory levels
- Strong supplier relationships
- Reliable support across teams and daily operations
