Job Description:

We are looking for a German-speaking Logistics Analyst to join our Logistics Contact Centre.

This is an entry-level role within Logistics where you will be working with Buying Operations Teams and Vendors globally as part of a helpdesk which assists our vendors to book goods into our supply chain, enabling smooth flow to our processing centres and out to stores. You will work out of a shared inbox and will be using a soft-telephony system to field vendor calls.

Elements of the role will require the successful candidate to communicate verbally with German-speaking partners the business so an ability to speak German is required.

Role Responsibilities

  • Assisting vendors with booking account setup, password and account updates, and guiding them through the shipment booking process.
  • Supporting vendors in an assigned region (UK, EU, or Rest Of World) via phone and the ServiceNow platform with queries on how their goods are received into the TJX network.
  • Flexing to assist vendors queries globally when business needs require.
  • Ensuring code status and presence are accurately maintained on our telephony system
  • Owning cases end‑to‑end, adding clear notes, and driving resolutions to meet team service targets, including C2R (Contact to Resolution).
  • Booking in deliveries into TJX Processing Centres for exception vendors.
  • Maintaining accurate logs, records, and reports.
  • Informing vendors of non-compliance.
  • Resolving collection related issues.
  • Supporting the customs documentation compliance process.
  • Assisting Buying Operations with queries and Logistics upskilling.

Key Skills, Knowledge & Experience

  • Required: German/English dual verbal/written language ability.
  • Preferred: Additional EU language skills (Italian, Spanish, French).
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills.
  • PC literate with good data entry and maths skills.
  • Able to balance evolving priorities and multitask in a fast paced environment while maintaining a positive and professional demeanour.
  • Independent, able to work effectively without close supervision.
  • Committed, reliable and akes accountability for personal development
  • Task oriented, aware of timeframes.
  • Excellent interpersonal and able to communicate clearly.
  • Demonstrates flexibility and ability to adapt to an ever-evolving and diverse environment.
