Job Description:
We're looking for an Injury Management Coordinator to join our WHS team and support the delivery of effective injury management and return-to-work outcomes across our business.
In this fast-paced role, hybrid role, you'll manage a high-volume portfolio of Workers Compensation claims, partnering closely with internal and external partners. You'll play a key role in driving positive recovery outcomes, ensuring legislative compliance, and building strong stakeholder relationships across the business.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Injury Management or Workers Compensation professional who enjoys working collaboratively, influencing outcomes and making a meaningful impact on associate wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a high-volume portfolio of Workers Compensation and Injury Management cases
- Support injured associates throughout their recovery and return-to-work journey
- Liaise with insurers, rehabilitation providers and healthcare professionals to drive positive claim outcomes
- Partner with leaders and key stakeholders to provide guidance on claims and injury management processes
- Coordinate return-to-work programs in line with legislative requirements
- Support claim administration, reporting, insurer reviews and injury management initiatives
- Collaborate with the wider WHS team to support the physical and psychological wellbeing of associates
About You
- Previous experience in Workers Compensation, Injury Management or Return to Work
- Demonstrated experience managing a high-volume claims portfolio
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working with insurers and external providers to achieve successful outcomes
- Knowledge of Workers Compensation legislation and injury management practices
- Return to Work qualifications and/or SIRA accreditation highly regarded
