Job Description:
About the Role
This is a great opportunity for someone who's passionate about logistics and eager to grow their career in international supply chain.
In this role, you'll help keep our global product flow running smoothly-from overseas booking approvals to customs compliance. You'll work with freight forwarders, trade compliance specialists, and internal partners, gaining hands‑on experience in international trade and end‑to‑end retail supply chain operations.
What You'll Do
- Manage and action import booking approvals with our Freight Forwarders
- Review and audit import documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with Australian Customs and internal systems
- Partner with our Trade Compliance team to resolve product or documentation queries
- Liaise with freight forwarders and third‑party providers to ensure efficient movement of goods
- Keep internal systems up to date with accurate booking and compliance information
What You'll Bring
- Experience in logistics or supply chain operations (desirable)
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- A willingness to learn and grow-open to feedback and keen to build capability
