Job Description:

We're looking for a Field Presentation Manager - 18 Month Contract who will elevate our in‑store experience by turning merchandise presentation strategies into impactful, sales‑driving results. In this role, you'll build and complete regional business plans, deliver engaging merchandise training, and act as the subject matter expert on store layout, design, fixtures, and overall merchandise flow. You'll analyze sales data to guide improvements, support new store openings and renovations, and ensure consistent, inspiring customer experiences across the Region. What You'll Do:

  • Build and complete annual field presentation business plans aligned to national strategy, elevating customer experience standards and driving sustainable sales performance across the Region.
  • Lead the development and rollout of tailored regional presentation and training programs in collaboration with District Managers, including impactful merchandise demonstrations that support confident, consistent decision‑making.
  • Act as the go‑to subject matter expert for store layout and design, advising on merchandise flow, fixture placement, signage, lighting, and new store concept execution.
  • Interpret sales reports and presentation data to uncover insights, recommend enhancements, and deliver process improvements that strengthen customer engagement.
  • Champion new store openings, relocations, and renovations by supervising audits, training, floor plan refinements, and fixture planning to ensure seamless execution and optimized resources.
  • Partner closely with Field Leadership, Store Operations, and cross‑functional teams to advance COPP initiatives, resolve fixture and signage challenges, and ensure flawless alignment with project expectations.
  • Provide mentorship, expertise, and actionable standards to Store Management and business partners to elevate merchandise presentation proficiency across the Region.
  • Deliver valuable feedback on merchandise program execution to help shape forward‑thinking strategic plans and fuel continuous improvement.

About You:

  • You bring over five years of experience in Retail Merchandising or Visual Presentation, with a clear understanding of how compelling presentation elevates customer engagement and drives sales results.
  • A refined eye for detail, strong spatial intelligence, and an instinctive sense of layout and design enable you to craft impactful merchandise stories across varied store environments.
  • Passion for fashion, design, and home décor fuels your ability to stay ahead of customer expectations, retail trends, and the evolving Off‑Price landscape.
  • Exceptionally organized and agile, you navigate multiple projects, evolving priorities, and tight deadlines with confidence and composure.
  • Your communication, mentor, and relationship‑building strengths empower you to influence, partner, and collaborate effectively across all levels of the business.
  • You thrive on analyzing data, reports, and trends, transforming insights into meaningful recommendations that support strong business decisions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and design‑focused digital tools allows you to work with precision, adapt quickly, and maintain a high standard of professionalism.
  • Frequent travel energizes you-bringing passion to store visits while demonstrating discretion, sound judgment, and a strong dedication to confidentiality.
