Für unseren Distrikt im Raum Wien suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen District Manager in Loss Prevention Manager (m/w/d).

Deine Aufgaben:
- Führung, Coaching und Weiterentwicklung von Mitarbeitern und Mitarbeiterinnen zur Zielerreichung und erfolgreichen Umsetzung strategischer Initiativen.
- Markenbotschafter:innenfunktion und Sicherstellung eines regelkonformen sowie sicheren Arbeitsumfelds in enger Abstimmung mit relevanten Stakeholdern.
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Strategien zur Verlustprävention (Shrink) unter Einbringung lokalen Fachwissens.
- Verantwortung für Personalprozesse und effiziente Ressourcennutzung gemäß den aktuellen Geschäftsanforderungen.
- Aufbau starker Stakeholder-Beziehungen sowie Projektunterstützung und Begleitung neuer Führungskräfte.
- Kostenüberwachung im Distrikt, Anwendung von Entwicklungsinstrumenten und Übernahme von Vertretungsaufgaben der vorgesetzten Führungskraft bei Bedarf.
Dein Profil:
- Ein gutes Verständnis für Loss Prevention und Retail ist von Vorteil, aber keine zwingende Voraussetzung.
- Nachgewiesene Führungskompetenz mit klarer Vision, Coaching-Stärke und Leidenschaft für Talententwicklung.
- Langjährige Erfahrung und nachweisbare Erfolgsbilanz in der Erreichung strategischer Ziele.
- Lösungsorientiertes, flexibles Denken mit Offenheit für Veränderungen und komplexe Situationen.
- Aktive Förderung von Inklusion und Diversität sowie empathischer Umgang mit Menschen und Konflikten.
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse und Grundkenntnisse inVerhandlungssicheres Englisch.
