Job Description:
The Distribution Center Regional Loss Prevention Manager serves as a strategic leader, championing a culture of safety, security, and operational excellence across multiple Distribution Centers. This role provides vision, direction, and oversight for all Loss Prevention functions, ensuring the protection of company assets, the safety and well-being of associates, and the reduction of shrink. In close partnership with regional leadership, the Regional Loss Prevention Manager drives the implementation and continuous improvement of Loss Prevention strategies, fosters cross-functional collaboration, and ensures alignment with enterprise goals. Key focuses of this role are talent development, cultivating high-performing teams, embedding safety and risk mitigation into operational frameworks, enabling sustainable practices and long-term continuity.
Major Areas of Responsibility
Provides strategic leadership for Loss Prevention across a regional network of distribution centers and third-party facilities. Leads LP teams in driving shrink reduction, safety, and security initiatives aligned with enterprise goals. Partners cross-functionally to mitigate risk and maintain operational continuity during emergencies. Oversees internal investigation, physical security programs, and compliance with regulatory standards. Builds and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to support business objectives and protect company assets.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of leading a loss prevention environment, preferably in a Distribution Center, transportation or retail.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- Strong strategic and reasoning skills
- Team professional development skills
- Negotiating skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Solid understanding of LP investigative procedures, security and fire safety programs
- Knowledge of criminal and civil law procedures
- Interviewing/investigative skills

This position has a starting salary range of $117,000.00 to $152,100.00 per year. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual incentive as well as long-term incentives.
