Als de grootste off-price retailer van kleding en woonaccesoires staat de veiligheid van onze klanten bij ons op de eerste plaats. Als Loss Prevention Advisor help jij daar aan mee. Je werkt samen met het winkelmanagement om risico's op de werkvloer te voorkomen. Samen streven jullie naar effectieve conflictoplossing en zorgen jullie ervoor dat het voorkomen van derving topprioriteit blijft met behulp van jouw uitstekende communicatieve en sociale skills, oplettendheid en verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.

Ervaring in het omgaan met derving en misdaad is ideaal, maar geen vereiste.
Dit ga je doen als beveiligingsadviseur:
- Je werkt nauw samen met het winkelteam om onze producten en winkels te beschermen
- Met jouw zelfgedrevenheid, betrokkenheid en veerkracht pak je externe diefstalsituaites professioneel en efficient aan
- Er is een fijne balans tussen klantgerichte activiteiten en werken achter de schermen (onderzoeken, analyses en feedback)
- Je controleert diefstalbeveiligingen in dervingsgevoelige delen van de winkel
- Je ondersteunt de klantenservice en je reageert op poortalarm
