Position Overview
Are you curious about data, love solving problems, and enjoy building systems that make insights possible? We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Data Engineer Intern to join our remote team!
In this role, you’ll help design, build, and maintain data systems and pipelines that support data-driven decision-making. Working closely with analysts, data scientists, and software engineers, you’ll ensure data is collected, stored, and processed efficiently across different environments—all under the mentorship of a Senior Data Engineer.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career to gain hands-on experience with modern data technologies, work across industries, and build a strong foundation in data engineering.

What you will do:
• Assist in designing, building, and maintaining data pipelines and systems
• Collaborate with analysts, data scientists, and engineers to support data needs
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and efficient storage and processing
• Learn and apply best practices in data engineering and architecture
• Support reporting, documentation, and optimization of data workflows

What we are looking for:
• Degree (or pursuing) in Data Engineering, Computer Science, Informatics or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Basic knowledge of programming (Python, SQL, or similar) and data tools
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn from experienced mentors
• Comfortable working independently in a remote, collaborative environment
• Attention to detail and a focus on accuracy in data handling
