We're Hiring: Head of Distribution, International - The Hartford
Level: Senior Leadership
The Hartford International is growing - and we're looking for an exceptional Head of Distribution to lead our international broker strategy, elevate our market presence, and drive profitable growth across key markets.
What you'll lead
- Shape and execute our international distribution strategy
- Build and deepen senior-level relationships with priority brokers
- Drive strategic growth initiatives and new business opportunities
- Lead marketing, communications, and brand development across the International business
- Oversee a high-performing distribution & marketing team
What you bring
- Strong London Market distribution experience
- Proven ability to influence C-suite brokers and internal leaders
- Expertise in strategic planning, communications, and market engagement
- A track record of driving commercial outcomes through partnerships
- Leadership capability with a collaborative, strategic mindset
