Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams focused on cloud modernization.
  • Facilitate core Agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Scrum of Scrums.
  • Manage team financials and Operational / Agile KPI's to measure and monitor team delivery and efficiency
  • Guide teams in Agile best practices and ensure consistent adoption across squads.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain and prioritize the product backlog.
  • Identify and remove impediments to team progress, escalating when necessary.
  • Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Support adoption of cloud-native tools and practices aligned with enterprise standards.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
  • Coach and mentor junior Scrum Masters and team members to build agile capabilities and problem-solving skills.


Required Skills & Experience :

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
  • 6 + years of experience as a Scrum Master with a d eep understanding of Agile frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban principles and practices.
  • 5 + years of experience in project management, including planning, execution, stakeholder coordination, and delivery of complex AI & Data E ngineering initiatives within Agile frameworks.
  • 3+ years of experience leading within a Data organization focused on implementation of Large-Scale AI and/or Data & Analytics Cloud Transformation initiatives.
  • 3+ years of experience leading initiatives with cross-functional teams, manag ing dependencies and align ing project outcomes with business objectives & timelines
  • 3+ years of experience implementing best practices and standards related to Agile product development.
  • 3+ years of e xperience leading others with the ability to earn trust while still challenging the team to improve and operate outside its comfort zone in an Agile environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and alignment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Demonstrated ability to take hands-on approach and actively contribute to overall team success and achieve goals.
  • Financial acumen with ability to understand and manage budgets, track financial metrics and ensure alignment of project deliverables with financial objective .
