Overview
The Case Manager supports students by addressing basic needs and promoting holistic wellness to enhance student stability, retention, and overall success. This role works closely with a diverse college population, providing individualized assessment, care coordination, resource referral, and ongoing support related to housing, food security, financial stability, health, and access to care. The Case Manager collaborates with campus partners and community agencies-particularly North Shore-based organizations-to connect students with appropriate services and remove barriers to persistence.

This is an onsite position in Salem, MA with on-campus, in-person responsibilities, which may require occasional work on evenings and weekends.
