Warehouse Distributor Sales Manager

The Warehouse Distributor Sales Manager leads the strategic relationship with assigned distributor customers within an integrated account team. This role develops and executes Annual Business Plans aligned with company objectives, delivering strong results through outstanding execution. Acting as a key customer expert and Nutrition portfolio advocate, the WDSM ensures alignment, collaboration, and growth for brands such as Simply, Minute Maid, Honest, and fairlife.
Core Responsibilities:
Drive Business Results:
- Deliver annual goals for volume, revenue, profits, and customer satisfaction through effective strategic planning and execution.
Budgeting, Forecasting, and Trade Spend Management:
- Forecast and manage budgets to ensure alignment with brand pricing strategies and trade spend allocations.
- Own the Rolling Estimate for volume, revenue, and gross profit forecasts while collaborating with finance, commercial leadership, and Acosta.
Communication & Alignment:
- Align internal teams, brokers, and customer stakeholders to execute ABP strategies and programs seamlessly.
- Act as a primary liaison between customers and the Coca-Cola system.
Customer Expertise:
- Serve as an expert on customer needs, strategies, and priorities to ensure Coca-Cola programs meet their goals.
Problem Solving:
- Address operational and executional challenges swiftly and effectively with customers or brokers.
Brand Advocacy & Growth:
- Champion growth for key Nutrition brands like Simply, Minute Maid, Honest, and fairlife by driving customer engagement and alignment.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field required.
Experience:
- 2-5 years in a sales or sales support role in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), with national or regional scope.
- Experience in broker management, warehouse Route-to-Market (RTM), and customer management preferred.
- Proven track record in business development planning and aligning cross-functional stakeholders.
