Warehouse Analyst

We are seeking an Inventory and Warehouse Management Analyst to support our operations by analyzing inventory risks, warehouse capacity, and quality assurance standards, while providing data-driven insights that enable informed decision-making. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and analytical professional who brings a strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and continuous improvement methodologies, along with the ability to collaborate across multiple functions to drive operational excellence.
What You'll Do for Us
- Analyze and evaluate inventory levels, warehouse capacity, and quality assurance standards to support operational and strategic decision-making, ensuring alignment with business priorities and operational targets.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across key processes, including receipt of incoming goods (ingredients and juice), production supply, transportation between sites, finished goods movement and storage, and invoice management.
- Establish and maintain documentary controls for warehouse capacity calculations, material in-and-out tracking, master data accuracy, and internal and outsourced transportation flows, supporting accurate invoice calculation and monthly payments.
- Schedule material receipts in accordance with available warehouse capacity, balancing operational efficiency, service levels, and risk mitigation.
- Monitor and manage budgets, purchase orders, financial reconciliations, and invoices related to internal shuttle operations, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance.
- Evaluate and measure the performance of third-party logistics providers using defined performance metrics to ensure quality, efficiency, service levels, and compliance with contractual agreements.
- Generate reports and performance indicators related to warehouse operations, security procedures, and material handling, ensuring proper controls for packaging materials, ingredients, finished products, shipments, documentation, and freight movements.
- Develop and maintain warehouse metrics and dashboards using historical data, current operational information, and target KPIs, leveraging tools such as Microsoft Excel and Power BI to support management decision-making.
- Apply lean manufacturing principles, including 5S, Kanban, root cause analysis, and standardized work, to identify inefficiencies and drive sustainable process improvements.
- Support and expand knowledge in inventory and warehouse management through effective use of SAP systems, with a focus on the IM and WM modules.
- Actively participate in safety, environmental, and training programs, as well as health, environmental, and safety initiatives, promoting a culture of care, accountability, and continuous learning.
- Identify, communicate, and address deviations that may impact quality, safety, or the environment, taking appropriate corrective actions and escalating critical issues as needed.
- Recognize and report any suspicious behavior or activities that could negatively impact operations, quality, safety, or environmental compliance.
Requirements & Qualifications
- A minimum of two years of experience in manufacturing, warehouse operations, logistics, operations, or quality assurance, with exposure to inventory and warehouse management processes.
- Foundational to intermediate knowledge of warehouse planning, warehouse operations, and financial controls, including budgeting, purchase orders, and invoice reconciliation.
- Proficiency in SAP, specifically within the Inventory Management (IM) and Warehouse Management (WM) modules, with the ability to analyze and interpret system data.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel, with the ability to build reports, analyze data, and support operational decision-making.
- Strong analytical and logical-mathematical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Demonstrated ability to organize work effectively, manage time, and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Experience generating operational reports and performance indicators using tools such as Excel and Power BI is preferred.
- Knowledge of planning and inventory management best practices, including demand alignment, capacity planning, and material flow optimization, is desirable.
- Familiarity with international standards and regulatory frameworks such as ISO 9000, ISO 14000, and ISO 45001 is an advantage.
- Exposure to lean manufacturing methodologies, including Yellow Belt certification, standardized work, and continuous improvement tools, is preferred.
- A bachelor's degree or technical qualification in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
