Key Responsibilities:

Reporting Automation

  • Design, build, and implement reporting solutions using tools such as Power BI.
  • Optimize data visualization and streamline reporting processes to enhance decision-making capabilities.

Business Process Mapping for RPA Development:

  • Visualize workflows by creating detailed process models, specifications, diagrams, and flowcharts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective change management plans.

Automation and Robotics Solutions:

  • Develop and deploy automation and robotics solutions to enhance operational performance.
  • Identify opportunities to apply Robotics Process Automation (RPA) for repetitive tasks and improve efficiency.

  • Design, develop, and maintain applications using Power Apps to meet business requirements.
  • Integrate applications with existing systems and workflows for seamless operations.

Process Improvement Initiatives:

  • Partner with networked teams to identify and execute process improvement opportunities.
  • Balance end-user needs and operational goals to drive value across the organization.

Performance Monitoring and Analysis:

  • Track and analyze key metrics, processes, and pain points to identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct root cause analysis, recommend actionable solutions, and implement mitigation plans to address business challenges.

Compensation

Monthly salary: $4,506 (Undergraduate)
