Senior Manager, Warehouse and Production (Freestyle)

As our Senior Manager of Freestyle Warehouse and Production, you will lead end-to-end operations for the Freestyle manufacturing value stream, overseeing daily production execution, warehouse operations, inventory control, and distribution support. In the role, you ensure safe, reliable, and cost-effective performance across production lines and warehousing activities while driving adherence to KORE quality standards, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and ISO safety protocols.
This leader directs Supervisors and hourly associates, optimizes resource utilization, delivers operational KPIs (USLE, OEE, On-Time Delivery, Case Fill), and strengthens departmental performance through continuous improvement and cross-functional alignment with Quality, Supply Planning, Engineering, and Logistics.
Key Responsibilities and Position Related Duties
Production Leadership
- Lead execution of all Freestyle production activities to ensure consistent output and asset reliability.
- Ensure production lines operate according to safety standards, KORE requirements, and GMP expectations.
- Align labor, materials, and equipment to meet throughput and OEE targets.
- Partner with Maintenance and Engineering on downtime, root-cause analysis, and equipment performance.
Warehouse & Distribution Operations
- Oversee inbound/outbound warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, staging, and finished goods.
- Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment by aligning manpower and inventory availability.
- Enforce warehouse safety, security, and compliance standards including CTPAT.
- Review customer orders and ensure proper equipment and warehouse utilization.
Inventory Management
- Direct all inventory control functions including cycle counting and SAP accuracy.
- Oversee material movements and SAP transactional integrity.
- Minimize obsolete inventory and support improvements in planning accuracy.
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, coach, and develop Supervisors and hourly associates.
- Provide feedback, performance management, and succession planning.
- Foster an inclusive culture grounded in safety and continuous improvement.
Quality, Safety & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with KORE Quality Systems, GMP, ISO, OSHA, and regulatory policies.
- Conduct facility audits, safety inspections, and ensure preventive actions are implemented.
- Support quality deviation investigations and corrective actions.
Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement
- Lead Lean, 5S, and CI initiatives to drive performance improvements.
- Maintain warehousing and production procedures for efficiency and compliance.
- Evaluate and manage performance of OEM and logistics partners.
- Communicate operational KPIs to plant leadership.
Financial & Business Management
- Manage departmental expenses and budget targets.
- Use data and SAP reporting tools for decisions on productivity and cost.
- Identify cost-saving initiatives and operational improvements.

Education and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 3 years of production, warehouse, or inventory management experience.
- Minimum 2 years leadership experience preferred.
- Strong SAP proficiency.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
- Knowledge of GMP, OSHA, and KORE standards.

Pay Range:
$127,500 - $135,000
Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
