We are seeking a Senior Manager, Sustainability, Mexico to lead our sustainability agenda with a strong focus on packaging circularity, climate action, and system collaboration in one of our most strategic markets globally. This role is pivotal in advancing our commitments on collection for recycling, recycled content, and packaging innovation, while enabling alignment between public policy, business strategy, and sustainability investments. The ideal candidate will bring deep sustainability expertise, strong system leadership skills, and the ability to translate ambition into execution across the Coca-Cola system.

- Lead the sustainability agenda for packaging in Mexico, driving progress on collection for recycling, recycled content, and innovation in alignment with global and regional commitments.
- Provide strategic counsel to the PACS VP Mexico on sustainability-related investments and partnerships, including PETSTAR, ECOCE, and other circular economy platforms.
- Partner closely with PACS policy teams, providing insights and technical guidance on packaging solutions to support advocacy, regulatory engagement, and external positioning.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Operations, Technical, Supply Chain, Marketing, and bottlers to advance Mexico's contributions to climate and sustainability goals.
- Act as the primary sustainability interface with Corporate and LATAM PACS teams, ensuring alignment with global strategies, standards, and reporting expectations.
- Engage and build credibility with key external stakeholders, including NGOs, industry associations, and sustainability partners, strengthening Coca-Cola's leadership position in Mexico.
- Own and execute the Sustainability Annual Business Plan (ABP), including operational program delivery, budget management, and performance tracking across priority initiatives.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in Sustainability, Environmental Engineering, Business, Public Policy, or related field preferred.
- 7-10 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years focused on sustainability, ESG, circular economy, or related disciplines within a multinational or complex organization.
- Strong expertise in packaging sustainability, circular economy models, and climate-related initiatives, ideally within consumer goods or regulated industries.
- Demonstrated experience working across a matrixed organization and with bottlers or franchise systems to deliver system-wide outcomes.
- Proven ability to manage partnerships and investments with industry platforms, NGOs, and external stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to translate sustainability strategy into operational plans that create shared value.
- Experience managing operational budgets and multi-stakeholder initiatives with high accountability.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and collaboration skills, with the ability to operate effectively at senior levels.
- English and Spanish fluency required.
