Senior Manager, Supply Chain Strategic Planning - ASEAN & South Pacific Operating Unit

Geographic Scope: ASEAN & South Pacific Operating Unit (ASP OU)
Reports To: ASP OU Supply Chain Senior Director

Location: Singapore

Role Overview

You will be operating as a individual contributor, leading end-to-end supply chain planning for the ASP Operating Unit, delivering on both OU and global supply chain strategies. Drive system long-range capacity planning, scenario modeling, network design & optimization as well as infrastructure strategy to ensure agile, efficient, resilient and anti-fragile supply chain contributing to growth and value creation.

Key Responsibilities

Long-Range Infrastructure Planning:

  • Lead ABP & LRP capacity & capital planning: scenario modelling for 5-year time horizon with support from Technical Ops leads of the regions. Partner with Strategy for 5-year volume growth projections by category, pack format at single or multi serve granularity.
  • Lead ABP & LRP strategic materials planning included in concentrated, direct purchased (juice, pulp, milk) , sugar, CO2, preform, glass and aluminium. Directly manage the material planning if multiple market sourcing.

Business Continuity Planning:

  • Partner with CEPG and G2G to oversee long-term business continuity, supply resilience and optimization for global and regional key materials (ie CO₂, Orange Juice, Dairy) across the KO portfolio. For base business/non-innovation cross border ASP hub multiple market sourcing, conduct finished goods make-buy assessment analysis (formula, regulations, value chain) and recommendation.
  • Lead supply optimization if multiple markets by collaborating with Technical at the region and the bottler
  • Support (if needed) Technical region for supply optimization if single market

  • In partnership with bottlers, develop, optimize, and continuously improve the design of the system supply chain-including manufacturing footprint, storage, distribution and route to market network to ensure service reliability first as well as cost and cash efficiency.
  • Lead Import/Export if one hub supply across ASP and support (if needed) the region if only involved in 2 markets.

S&OP Excellence:

  • Influence and partner with bottlers to implement and enhance Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes and tools, raising maturity across the supply chain (CPS, OU, bottlers). Pilot and scale up End to End autonomous planning across the system. Drive step-change improvements in service levels, concentrate and finished goods forecast accuracy, service and inventory metrics.

Supply Chain Digitalization:

  • Design infrastructure strategies that drive business plan achievement and long-term growth, including digitalization, AI adoption to upskill and be future-ready.

Best Practice Leadership:

  • Replicate and scale best practices internally and across bottlers and suppliers to drive supply chain performance metric and work process excellence.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Collaborate with OU TISC teams especially technical operations, global supply chain, franchise bottlers, suppliers, Franchise Operations, OU leadership.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities, business acumen and data-driven decision-making. Expertise in leading cross-functional teams and developing innovative solutions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills within complex, matrixed organizations. Ability to influence and align senior leaders and stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Digital and technology-savvy, with proficiency in analytics, modelling, visualization tools, and ERP systems.
  • Experience in the beverage, bottler, or food manufacturing sector is preferred.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes, logistics, and distribution is advantageous.
