Job Summary

Ensures alignment of business priorities and sales/customer accounts/commercial leadership; identifies and resolves highly complex strategic and operating issues; manages the P&L of key customers; builds strategic framework and processes to increase customer satisfaction; leads the development of key account strategies and customer marketing plans; identifies areas of improvement/business model change for long term sustainability. Individual contributor who guides others in resolving complex issues in specialized area based on existing solutions and procedures; works independently with guidance only in the most complex situations.

The Senior Manager will be responsible for the Drugstore channel and specific key Drugstore Accounts, developing customer/channel/shopper marketing strategies and solutions in partnership with our brand marketing team as well as bottlers/customers to drive value, increase beverage incidence, recruit category weekly users and improve profitability. This position will play a critical role in the annual business planning process, in developing shopper and channel growth strategies and retail instore & digital activation, with special focus on the growing Drugstore channel. We are looking for a highly strategic, collaborative, innovative and results-driven channel/shopper marketing leader with an entrepreneurial spirit, digital mindset, and exceptional communication skills.

What You'll Do for Us

  • Lead overall development and implementation of shopper/channel marketing strategies and activation programs, with special focus on the growing Drugstore channel
  • Lead business with specific key Drugstore Accounts together with Bottling Partners to deliver sustainable growth and build strategic relationship with our customers
  • Develop LRP & ABP strategy & plan for Drugstore channel.
  • Develop holistic strategy and activation program, including shopper-based communication creative contents, effective messaging by touchpoint, clear instore Picture of Success, relevant shopper promotion/activation programs, and end-to-end shopper connection plan including proximity/retail digital media which will be key in this channel.
  • Lead conversation with Bottlers and reach alignment on target and execution plan.
  • Seek out and leverage internal tools and resources to accelerate shopper activation. Proactively connect with Global CCL community as well as domestic industry experts.
  • Ownership in leading this important topic in LRP and ABP process. Develop and conduct presentations to top management of both TCCC and Bottling Partners.

Qualification & Requirements

  • Minimum Required: Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Business or equivalent education. MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of marketing/brand experience in the field of fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG)
  • Experience in commercial and/or customer leadership including customer facing and key accounts
  • Advanced Strategic Thinking & Application (Immediate & Long Term)
  • Ability to recognize, understand, and interpret consumer/shopper behavior, brand strategies, channel needs while turning this knowledge into actionable initiatives and results
  • Demonstrated personal leadership skills and influencing ability
  • Effective oral and written communication skills with the ability to create persuasive selling stories.
  • Solid Project Management, influencing & communication skills are required
  • Must possess the ability to deliver projects in a complex matrix organization (multi-market & functions)
  • Experience with digital marketing, social media, promotional events, and marketing campaigns
  • Knowledge of bottlers operations, consumer/shopper/trade insights (preferred)
  • Working knowledge of media and agency management (preferred)
  • Fluent in English (business: reading, writing and basic conversations, making presentations)

What You'll Do for Us

  • 特に伸長するドラッグストアチャネル、及びハイドレーションカテゴリー (水• 機能性等の飲料) にフォーカスして、チャネル戦略とアクティベーションプログラムの開発と実行をリードする:
  • チャネルやショッパーの機会分析をストラテジー/インサイトチームと行う。飲料ニーズや消費オケージョンにおける主要な機会を特定し、ターゲットおよび測定プロセスを一緒に構築。
  • ドラッグストアチャネルの戦略とプランの立案 (中長期および年間)
  • アクティベーションプログラムを包括的に開発。ショッパー向けのコミュニケーション/クリエイティブコンテンツ、タッチポイントごとの効果的なメッセージ、明確な店内ピクチャーオブサクセス、リテールメディアやデジタルメディアを含む、ショッパープロモーション/活動プログラムの開発。 (特にリテールメディアの活用はこのチャネルにとって重要となる)
  • 社内マーケティング部門や自部門、エージェンシーやサプライヤーの管理も含めて、上記プログラムをクロスファンクションで開発できるようにリーダーシップと責任感を持って進める。
  • ボトラー社との会話をリードし、ターゲットや実行プランを合意する
  • インターナルのツールやリソースを探求/活用して、ショッパーアクティベーションを加速させる
  • 自社内グローバルコミュニティと主体的に連携し、国内のチャネル/ショッパー情報も積極的に入手する
  • この重要なチャネルをリードしていく責任感を持ち、グローバル本社或いはボトラー社のトップマネジメント向けのプレゼンテーションを作成する

Qualification & Requirements

  • マーケティング/ビジネス (或いはその他関連する分野) の学士課程。MBAがあると更に望ましい
  • 5年以上のFMCG分野におけるマーケティング経験あり
  • 流通企画/営業企画/トレードマーケティング経験や、主要流通企業の営業経験あり
  • 高度な戦略思考力 (短期および中長期)
  • 消費者/ショッパー/チャネルのインサイトやニーズを理解し、その知識をもとに実現可能なイニシアティブを開発し、結果につなげることができる力
  • パーソナルリーダシップスキル、影響力を行使できる能力
  • 説得力のあるセリングストーリーを創り出せる、効果的な口頭/書面でのコミュニケーション力
  • 確実なプロジェクトマネジメントケイパビリティ
  • ビジネス英語力 (読み書き、基本的な会話、プレゼンテーション作成)
