The Senior Manager, Creative Shopper / Shop X - Brazil is responsible for leading the creative development and execution of shopper experiences across channels, translating Product & Retail XP and Brand strategies into impactful, executable, and commercially effective instore solutions. This role partners closely with Brand, IMX, Commercial, Frontline Marketing, and Bottlers to ensure consistency from strategy to execution at the point of sale.

What You'll Do for Us

  • Lead the development and execution of Creative Shopper and Shop X plans for Brazil, aligned with Product & Retail XP, Brand, and Commercial priorities.
  • Translate brand strategies, shopper insights, and cultural context into creative retail concepts that drive visibility, engagement, and conversion across channels.
  • Own the endtoend shopper creative process-from idea and design to inmarket execution-ensuring solutions are scalable, relevant, and executionready.
  • Define and deploy Creative Pictures of Success by channel, balancing creative excellence with operational and bottler realities.
  • * Ensure shopper experiences are consistent with Experience Principles, Design Systems, and Brand Standards.
  • Partner with Frontline Marketing, Sales, and Bottlers to adapt and activate shopper solutions inmarket.
  • Lead the design and rollout of POS, displays, and instore experiences, including pilots, testandlearn initiatives, and toolkits.
  • Manage the shopper creative activation calendar, ensuring alignment across Brand, IMX, and Commercial rhythms.
  • Develop clear shopper execution guidelines and creative toolkits to enable highquality market execution.
  • Lead creative, design, and production agencies, ensuring strong briefs, disciplined delivery, and quality output.
  • Owns tactical and operational creative shopper plans for Brazil within an established Product & Retail XP strategy.

  • Acts as a subject matter expert in Creative Shopper and Shop X within the market.
  • Leads workstreams and projects with crossfunctional and indirect resources; may coach or manage junior contributors.
  • Operates with autonomy on complex executional decisions, escalating strategic tradeoffs as appropriate.
  • Identifies opportunities to evolve shopper creativity, design systems, and retail experience models.
  • Solves complex execution challenges by adapting global or regional concepts to local channel realities.
  • Contributes to continuous improvement of Shop X ways of working, tools, and processes.
  • Influences stakeholders across Product & Retail XP, Brand, IMX, Commercial, Frontline Marketing, and Bottler organizations.
  • Communicates creative ideas effectively to both creative and commercial audiences.
  • Builds strong, collaborative relationships with agencies, suppliers, and external partners.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; background in Marketing, Design, Advertising, or related field preferred.
  • 7-10 years of experience in Shopper Marketing, Retail Experience, Trade Marketing, or Creative Commerce, ideally within FMCG / CPG.
  • Proven experience developing creative shopper solutions that drive commercial impact.
  • Experience working with bottlers, distributors, or complex sales organizations.
  • Strong understanding of shopper behavior, channel dynamics, and retail execution.
  • Experience leading crossfunctional projects and agency partners.
  • Fluent English and Portuguese required.
