Senior Manager, Packaging & Equip Innovation, Eurasia & Middle East Operating Unit
Eurasia Middle East Operating Unit Marketing is undergoing a step-change to deliver more balanced, sustainable growth, powered by deeper consumer intimacy, stronger integration, accelerated innovation, and data- and tech-enabled precision marketing. The organization is designed to combine local relevance with scale, shift data and technology from experimentation to competitive advantage, and operate through flywheel execution with clear accountability for impact and ROI. All roles operate within a tightly integrated OU-Market model, where the Operating Unit (OU) elevates and enables long-term growth + OU-wide platforms while markets integrate, execute, and track performance with speed and rigor while developing local content, partnership and experiences.
Focus, Scope, & Impact:
Turn pack/equipment innovation into a growth engine by supporting the Innovation Hub lead to strengthening capabilities and present -forward pack/equipment pipeline readiness and excellence
- Partner with (Customer and Commercial Leadership) CCL, RGM (Revenue Growth Management). category, XF (Cross-functional), R&D and global innovation teams to turn innovation into a massive and repeatable growth engine across packaging, and equipment for all our categories.
- Accelerate proven/ validated/ present-forward pack, and equipment solutions ensuring readiness for the markets.
- Incubate and intervene with ready-now innovative solutions that can create immediate market impact.

Faster, higher-quality innovation launches and performance; Markets feel innovation is sizable, practical and executable; Strong conversion from pipeline to impact; Innovation clearly linked to growth and ROI
Experience & Critical Requirements
- Significant leadership experience (8 years+) across relevant CCL/marketing disciplines especially innovation
- Led scaled, complex, cross-functional and cross-geographical teams and projects
- Led projects and capabilities that leverage Digital/ Data/ AI as edges
- Led XF partners (R&D, other functions, ... )
