The Senior Manager, Packaging and Equipment Innovation plays a critical role in turning packaging and equipment innovation into a repeatable growth engine across categories in Turkey. This role partners closely with the Innovation Hub and a broad set of cross-functional and cross-geographical teams to ensure a present-forward, executable pipeline that is practical, scalable, and commercially impactful. Operating as an individual contributor with significant influence, this role requires strong innovation leadership, systems thinking, and the ability to bridge strategy and execution. The ideal candidate brings a growth mindset, deep curiosity, and a passion for excellence, with the ability to inspire partners and deliver faster, higher-quality innovation launches that clearly link to business growth and value creation.

What You'll Do for Us
- Support the Innovation Hub in strengthening capabilities and ensuring readiness, excellence, and execution discipline across the packaging and equipment innovation pipeline.
- Turn packaging and equipment innovation into a scalable growth engine by partnering with Customer and Commercial Leadership, Revenue Growth Management, Category, Research and Development, and global innovation teams.
- Accelerate proven, validated, and present-forward packaging and equipment solutions by driving readiness, alignment, and adoption across markets.
- Incubate and activate ready-now innovative solutions that can deliver immediate and measurable market impact.
- Ensure strong conversion from innovation pipeline to in-market execution by removing barriers, aligning stakeholders, and driving clarity on ownership and next steps.
- Translate innovation strategies into practical, executable solutions that markets view as sizable, relevant, and commercially viable.
- Influence cross-functional teams to align on priorities, timelines, and success metrics for packaging and equipment innovation initiatives.
- Leverage data, digital tools, and emerging artificial intelligence capabilities to improve innovation decision-making, prioritization, and performance tracking.
- Drive a disciplined approach to innovation performance, ensuring launches are linked to growth objectives, return on investment, and learning agendas.
- Identify opportunities to standardize, scale, or localize packaging and equipment solutions to maximize impact across categories and channels.
- Actively monitor innovation performance and market feedback, using insights to refine solutions and inform future pipeline development.
- Operate effectively in highly ambiguous and fast-changing environments, balancing speed with quality and long-term value creation.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with internal and external partners, enabling collaboration across geographies and functions.
- Inspire teams and stakeholders through the power of Coca-Cola's brands, innovation ambition, and marketing excellence.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience across relevant marketing or customer and commercial leadership disciplines, with a strong emphasis on innovation.
- Demonstrated experience leading complex, scaled, cross-functional and cross-geographical projects in a matrixed organization.
- Proven ability to partner effectively with Research and Development, technical teams, and other functions to bring innovation to market.
- Experience leveraging data, digital tools, and artificial intelligence to accelerate innovation, improve decision-making, or enhance execution quality.
- Strong understanding of packaging, equipment, or related commercialization processes and their role in driving consumer and customer value.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to connect insights to clear actions and outcomes.
- Strong influencing skills, including the ability to engage and align senior leaders without direct authority.
- Comfort operating in networked teams with high collaboration across cultures, geographies, and functions.
- Demonstrated growth mindset, enterprise thinking, and passion for continuous improvement and excellence.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and deliver results in volatile environments.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to inspire, align, and mobilize partners around innovation agendas.
