Position Overview
As a Senior Manager for Poland & Baltics you will get the opportunity to work in an international environment, with strong global brands and a dynamic team environment. As part of the local marketing team, you will be responsible for driving brand & business performance including localizing central brand strategy and activation plans for the local market(s). This role will ensure strong local relevance in line with the central marketing strategy, manage local agencies and networks, and lead local innovation processes. The role requires an ability to be able to translate data into actionable insights to drive brand power and value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Localized Brand Strategy & Activation: Ownership, development and delivery of localized brand strategy and activation for the market(s), including Local Annual Business Plan, performance management, and potential YTG acceleration & mitigation plans. This includes managing brand campaigns & activations, innovations, national promotions, packaging and experiential marketing and events.
  • Data Interpretation & Insights: Track brand and project performance through data analysis, converting KPIs and findings into specific insights and actions for reports and presentations as needed (e.g. monthly performance reports, market analysis).
  • Drive bottler alignment on the Marketing Transformation agenda, including portfolio priorities and category/brand strategies and plans (objectives, DME investments, success metrics and activity calendars, including Innovation projects and IMX Campaigns) in partnership with C&CL and Franchise Leadership.
  • Agency & Network Management: Manage local agencies and networks. Contract local marketing assets following central Marketing Assets team alignment.
  • Strategic Customer and Channel Activations: Plan and execute strategic customer and tailored activations in collaboration with the bottler trade marketing team.
  • Budget Management: Manage brand program budgets and timelines to drive flawless execution of the plan monitoring effective return on investments, hitting all project milestones on time and within budget.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Lead cross-functional teams on brand projects and tasks, providing direction and managing timeline milestones to achieve KPIs and desired objectives.
  • Support to Marketing Director: Support the country marketing director on cross-functional initiatives, work assignments, and tasks that align with brand priorities.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required 4-8 years of brand management / marketing experience; particularly in CPG/FMCG will be considered a plus
  • Fluent in English, Polish or any Baltic language a big plus
  • Great written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills in English, as well as presentation skills/storytelling
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders
  • Ability to coordinate tasks, manage details and share information (budgets, resources, metrics, timeline management, etc.)
  • Passion for the brand and the work of the brand marketing
  • Understanding of key marketing concepts and business analytics
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

  • Up to 15% of travel required
