About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Legal Senior Manager to play a key supporting role in delivering day-to-day legal services across the Caucasus and Central Asia Region (CCAR). • Prepare and review legal documents, regulatory submissions, engage with external counsel, local authorities, and regulatory bodies as required.
  • Conduct legal research, monitor regulatory developments, and prepare compliance reports, risk assessments, and actionable legal guidance.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders (e.g., marketing, public affairs, finance) to ensure operational alignment and review marketing materials for legal compliance and risk mitigation.
  • Support the implementation of legal strategies defined by senior management and collaborate with the Senior Legal Director and cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and alignment.
  • Promote a culture of compliance by contributing to legal training, awareness initiatives, and maintaining strong relationships with internal clients, bottlers, and global legal teams.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Law degree from an accredited institution; licensed to practice in Kazakhstan or another CCAR jurisdiction.
  • Min 5 years of legal experience, ideally in a multinational company or reputable law firm.
  • Solid understanding of commercial, competition, and regulatory law within the region.
  • Strong organizational and drafting skills; attention to detail is a must.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and provide clear, business-focused legal advice within deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English and Russian is a must
  • Agile, proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a regional legal team.
