Senior Manager, Leadership Communications
This is a global role focused that assists with strategic communications for key executives, helping tell our story to investors, employees, media and other key stakeholders. You'll translate complex information into clear narratives, support proactive communication strategies and contribute to positioning our executives as thought leaders.
You'll work on company-wide communications initiatives, collaborating with senior leaders and global communications teams.
The successful candidate brings business acumen, strong storytelling ability and sound judgment when handling confidential information and market-sensitive situations. You should be comfortable supporting executive communications and developing compelling narratives.
This position reports to the Vice President, Global Financial and Corporate Communications.

What You'll Do for Us
- Support the development, creation and implementation of executive communication strategies and narratives related to our global business and the broader Coca-Cola system, using AI-powered insights to optimize messaging effectiveness and audience engagement.
- Partner with the wider global communications team on content creation, sentiment analysis and real-time audience feedback across channels.
- Work closely with key executives and their chiefs of staff, helping implement emerging communication technologies and AI-assisted content development.
- Collaborate with the company's Platform Services organization on key issues, including metrics that measure success across traditional and AI-generated content.
- Help advance AI and technology innovation in executive communications by testing new tools for speech writing, presentation design, translation and personalized content delivery. Stay current on generative AI capabilities (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) and apply appropriate use cases.
- Support coaching efforts for senior leaders to help them serve as effective spokespeople, including guidance on authentic communication in an age of deepfakes and AI-generated content.
- Contribute to the future of communications by experimenting with multimodal content (video, audio, interactive), AI-powered personalization and new formats that break through information overload.
- Help navigate AI-related risks and opportunities including authenticating executive content, detecting AI misinformation, maintaining brand voice consistency and implementing guardrails for responsible AI use.
- Provide communications counsel and support strategic initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Four-year college degree in a relevant field
- Years of experience: 4 or more years of relevant experience in communications
- Top skillsets needed: Strong verbal and written communications; executive communications and/or related experience; ability to work as part of a team; ability to support complex communications strategies.

Pay Range:$141,750 - $164,850
Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage:15
