What You'll Do for Us

  • Lead the development and execution of an integrated content strategy for executive social and digital channels, balancing always-on programming with timely activation around business priorities.
  • Translate corporate reputation objectives into impactful storytelling, ensuring alignment to brand voice and leadership identity across platforms.
  • Drive digital transformation for executive communications, implementing tactics including content creation and operations that grow audiences, build engagement, and sustain trust through authentic content.
  • Monitor and interpret digital trends, cultural conversations, and industry shifts to identify proactive engagement opportunities that advance the business agenda.
  • Respond quickly to real-time triggers by activating content opportunities and managing potential risks in collaboration with cross-functional partners.
  • Support critical moments, including announcements and campaigns, through creative content development and rigorous channel planning.
  • Serve as an internal subject matter expert on social and digital strategy, enabling teams and partners with insights, best practices, and emerging technologies.
  • Partner with external creators and influencers where appropriate to amplify leadership messages while maintaining brand integrity and clear ethical standards.
  • Assess performance metrics across executive channels and provide insights that inform future strategies for engagement and growth.
  • Collaborate closely with corporate and brand communications teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with global priorities.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, Marketing, English, or a related field required.
  • 8+ years of experience in digital communications, content strategy, or social media management for a multi-brand or highly visible organization.
  • Demonstrated expertise creating and activating multiplatform strategies for leadership or corporate social channels.
  • Strong track record in building digital narratives that reinforce reputation and influence across diverse audiences.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-stakes environments with agility and sound judgment, including during real-time content activation or crisis response.
  • Experience managing influencer partnerships and integrating creator-driven content within campaign strategies.
  • Advanced understanding of current and emerging social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools with digital fluency and curiosity about innovation.
  • Exceptional storytelling, copywriting, and editorial skills alongside proficiency with social listening and measurement platforms.
  • Familiarity with the creator economy and strategies to engage audiences authentically through executive-led communications.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across functions, navigate ambiguity, and align creative solutions to strategic priorities.
