Senior Manager, Investments Finance
We are seeking a Senior Manager, Investments Finance, supporting high-priority marketing and innovation initiatives across our North America operating unit. This role sits at the intersection of finance, marketing, and strategy, serving as a trusted thought partner to brand, innovation, and commercial leaders across the water, tea, and sparkling beverage categories.
Finance at The Coca-Cola Company plays a critical role in enabling our strategy-providing insights, stewardship, and decision support that help the business allocate resources effectively, accelerate innovation, and deliver profitable growth. In this role, you will operate as a brand-focused finance leader, helping shape investment decisions across the near- and long-term innovation pipeline. You will combine strong financial acumen with commercial curiosity, data-driven insight, and collaborative influence to ensure investments are aligned to strategy, deliver value, and strengthen system-wide execution.
This is an opportunity for a finance professional who enjoys working in a dynamic, networked environment; thrives on solving complex problems; and wants to have visible impact on some of the company's most important growth initiatives.
What You'll Do for Us
- Partner closely with marketing, innovation, and commercial teams to provide end-to-end financial leadership across brand, innovation, and strategic investment initiatives.
- Develop comprehensive innovation value chain assessments, including financial modeling, scenario planning, and sensitivity analysis to inform decision-making.
- Lead return-on-investment evaluations for capital and strategic investments, translating financial outcomes into clear, actionable recommendations grounded in both financial returns and strategic fit.
- Conduct post-investment performance assessments to evaluate results versus expectations, identify learnings, and strengthen future investment discipline.
- Provide cost analysis and financial support for ad hoc investment evaluations, including emerging business opportunities, new capabilities, and sustainability-related initiatives.
- Support brand and innovation leadership through preparation of routine and ad hoc financial content, insights, and narratives for key meetings and stakeholder communications.
- Deliver brand and innovation investment reporting, ensuring transparency, accuracy, and alignment with operating unit priorities and governance processes.
- Support marketing financial planning and resource allocation activities, including performance management, tracking, and analysis of key initiatives.
- Contribute to the design and scaling of end-to-end finance processes that improve consistency, speed, and quality of investment decision support.
- Collaborate across the finance organization to leverage subject matter expertise and share best practices that elevate overall team capability and impact.
- Influence internal stakeholders toward data-informed, results-oriented actions through strong business partnering and storytelling.
- Champion the adoption of modern digital tools, advanced analytics, and emerging financial methodologies that improve agility, insight generation, and innovation cycle speed.
- Foster a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and inclusion within the broader marketing finance community.

- Proven experience providing financial leadership and decision support for investments, innovation, or growth initiatives in a consumer-focused organization.
- Strong financial modeling, scenario analysis, and valuation skills, with the ability to translate complexity into clear insights and recommendations.
