Focus, Scope, & Impact:

As an individual contributor, you will be operationalizing the IMX Design & Creative Excellence model in-market by translating OU standards and systems into high-quality, performance-ready brand experiences across physical digital, and retail commerce touchpoints. This role is the execution engine for design under IMX-ensuring visual identity, packaging, VIS, and creative assets are delivered with speed, consistency, quality, and measurable business impact.

Deliver distinctive, consistent, and performance-led brand experiences by executing and scaling OU design systems, governance, and ways of working in-market.

  • Deploy and localize the OU Design & Creative Excellence operating model, ensuring adherence to standards, workflows, and governance across visual identity, packaging, VIS, digital assets, and artwork production, in compliance with brand safety, legal, and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead execution of design excellence standards across packaging, VIS, and in-market brand assets, ensuring brand integrity and craft across all touchpoints.
  • Develop and adapt visual identity systems and packaging solutions for local brands, ensuring relevance, modularity, and scalability across SKUs and channels.
  • Apply design systems across end-to-end consumer and shopper journeys, connecting brand experience across online and offline environments.
  • Execute the creative & design model locally-from brief to production, adaptation, activation, real-time optimization, and learning-aligned to OU frameworks.
  • Leverage data, digital tools, and AI-enabled workflows to improve speed-to-market, accuracy, and creative effectiveness.
  • Manage budgets, agency rosters, pricing benchmarks, and utilization, ensuring cost discipline and value realization.
  • Lead and manage design and production agencies, ensuring quality, compliance, speed, and value delivery.
  • Partner with IMX, Creative, Media, Studio X, and Commercial teams to ensure design is performance-ready and activation-led.

Experience & Critical Requirements

  • 8+ years' experience across design, brand systems, packaging, VIS, digital assets, and artwork production, in agency and/or in-house environments.
  • Strong expertise in visual identity systems, packaging design, retail VIS, and asset adaptation across multiple SKUs and channels.
  • Proven experience executing enterprise design standards and operating models within matrix organizations.
  • Track record of managing budgets, pricing benchmarks, utilization, and agency rosters with strong cost and value discipline.
  • Hands-on experience working with design and production agencies, managing quality, timelines, and compliance.
  • Demonstrated ability to use data, digital tools, and AI-enabled workflows to improve speed, accuracy, and creative effectiveness.
  • Experience collaborating across different teams to deliver performance-ready assets.
  • Strong operational mindset with ability to manage complex workflows and multiple stakeholders.
  • Passion for design craft, brand building, and continuous improvement.

  • Ability to translate strategy, standards, and performance needs into clear, executable design direction and briefs.
  • Strong relationship builder with internal teams, agencies, and production partners to drive alignment and delivery.
  • Ability to connect design outcomes to brand and business performance using clear, data-led narratives.
