Senior Manager, Franchise Finance - South Zone

Today, we are excited to be adding a new Franchise Finance Sr. Manager for South Region, Mexico region. Joining the Franchise Finance team is an exciting experience, as it is part of a broader team responsible for leading the System growth strategy, being a trusted strategic partner in creating share value for The Coca-Cola Company and its partners. This role will allow you to build new abilities, take your leadership skills and analytics to the next level, and work with diverse teams.
What You'll Do for Us
Partner with Franchise team, Operational Finance Lead, and Mexico finance team to manage Franchise Finance activities, to drive alignment across multiple stakeholders, and to develop the key insights needed to inform strategic priorities, including:
Partner with Franchise Operational & Finance leaders to support alignment across multiple stakeholders, and to develop key insights needed to inform strategic priorities, including:
- Support in the process of building and updating the system P&L.
- Gain insights and align with the Operations team and Bottler on by-zone business issues and needs.
- Prepare & support internal stakeholders' ongoing negotiations.
- Manage various ad-hoc strategic financial analyses and projects.
- Run business cases for system investments and build presentations to communicate conclusions.
- Assess Financial implications, models, and optimization of the current value chain
- Coordinate Key Accounts analysis for relevant clients, including budget management and planning processes.
Manage all Business Models, Margins, and tracking within the Franchise, including:
- Execution of business models optimization and system top-line growth.
- Bring margins discipline to operational business decisions.
- Ensure budget alignment and proper tracking for resource allocation (within brands, categories, zones).
- Ensure financial discipline throughout the decision-making process at all levels. Influence stakeholders to expand the financial discipline mindset.
Communication and management Focus:
This role is responsible for partnering internally as well as externally to effectively drive financial outcomes, as well as to build alignment on key initiatives and metrics, with a focus on communication to:
- Franchise leadership and direct reports for each zone.
- Marketing and technical teams.
- Bottlers' local management leadership (finance, commercial).
- Platform services local leadership team.
- Finance team, including FP&A, RGM, and franchise finance (south zone and stills)
Qualification & Requirements
- >5 years of finance experience in planning, corporate finance, consultancy, or commercial finance roles.
- Leadership and management experience, as a highly efficient communicator and influencer at all levels.
- Highly analytical and detail-oriented. Ability to develop new ideas and to deliver solutions, strong ability to take initiative.
- Thrives in a team-oriented environment
