Senior Manager, Finance - Supply Chain Manufacturing

The Senior Manager, Manufacturing Finance is a key member of the North America Operating Unit (NAOU) Supply Chain Finance team. This role oversees the financial integration, contractual compliance, internal controls, and financial accuracy of some of our largest and most complex co-manufacturing facilities, company-owned plants, and third-party warehouses. The position also provides agile team support, project leadership, and in-depth financial analysis to the Supply Chain Leadership Team (SCLT) and key business partners across NAOU.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Oversight: Ensure accurate financial reporting, internal controls, and analysis for assigned manufacturing operations. Manage period close activities, general ledger reviews, COGS reporting, variance analysis, and budget development.
  • Strategic Support: Provide financial analysis, business case validation, and ROI assessments for copacker negotiations, capital projects, productivity initiatives, and strategic projects.
  • Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including Co-Man Managers, Plant General Managers, Procurement Operations, and centralized teams, to deliver actionable insights and solutions.
  • Lease Management: Collaborate with Supply Chain Governance on lease recognition, measurement, and disclosure, including contract reviews and lease liability recording.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and resolve complex financial issues, recommend process enhancements, and develop innovative solutions to drive organizational improvements.
  • Decision Support: Conduct advanced financial analyses, including NPV, IRR, discounted cash flow, and risk assessments, to support strategic decision-making and ensure long-term value creation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA and/or MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant financial or accounting experience, with a preference for manufacturing, cost accounting, and COGS expertise.
  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft Excel, including dashboard creation, macro development, and financial modeling.
  • Experience with SAP, MFT, and Impact ECS (CAPS) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design and execute complex financial analyses.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships across functions and levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in high-performance, cross-functional teams and adapt to dynamic business needs.

Pay Range:
$123,000 - $139,000

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
