We are seeking a Senior Manager, Product & Retail XP (Design to Print), LATAM - Market Oriented to lead market-level design-to-print execution, ensuring packaging, labels, and retail materials are delivered accurately, compliantly, and on time across assigned markets.

This role plays a critical role in translating OU standards and brand intent into market-ready execution, working closely with bottlers, local agencies, legal/regulatory teams, and printing partners to enable flawless in-market delivery.

What You'll Do for Us

  • Lead market execution of the DesigntoPrint process, ensuring packaging, labels, and printed materials meet brand, legal, and operational requirements.
  • Partner closely with bottlers and local market teams to plan, coordinate, and deliver packaging and labeling changes, launches, and adaptations.
  • Ensure local regulatory and legal compliance (labeling, claims, language, mandatory information) by working with Legal, Regulatory, and Government Affairs teams.
  • Translate OU and regional standards into clear market guidelines and execution plans.
  • Manage relationships with local agencies, artwork studios, and printing houses, ensuring quality, efficiency, and adherence to timelines.
  • Oversee execution across multiple SKUs, variants, and formats, managing priorities, risks, and dependencies.
  • Support innovation, renovation, and regulatory-driven changes by enabling speed-to-market without compromising compliance or quality.

  • Identify opportunities to improve market-level processes, tools, and ways of working across DesigntoPrint execution.
  • Act as a market subject matter expert for packaging, labels, and print execution, coaching junior team members and partners as needed.
  • Owns tactical and operational plans (1-3 year horizon) for market-level DesigntoPrint execution.
  • May manage a small team or lead workstreams with indirect resources.
  • Operates with autonomy in complex, regulated environments, escalating risks when needed.
  • Acts as a key interface between OU teams and local markets.
  • Solves complex execution challenges by adapting OU solutions to local market realities.
  • Drives continuous improvement in cycle time, accuracy, and execution quality.
  • Manages complexity arising from regulatory variation, SKU proliferation, and partner ecosystems.
  • Communicates frequently with Market Marketing, Bottlers, Supply Chain, Legal, and Procurement teams.
  • Engages regularly with external agencies, printers, and vendors.
  • Influences operational decisions within markets through expertise and collaboration.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 7-10 years of experience in packaging operations, labeling, artwork management, or designtoprint roles within FMCG / CPG environments.
  • Strong experience working with local regulations and market legal requirements.
  • Proven experience collaborating with bottlers, agencies, and printing partners.
  • Strong project management and execution skills.
  • Fluent English required; Spanish or Portuguese required.
