Senior Manager, Data Product & Execution Analytics
As the Senior Manager of Data Product & Execution Analytics, you will sit at the intersection of digital innovation and commercial excellence. You will be a lead architect in how the North America Operating Unit (NAOU) leverages data to drive the digital agenda. You will ensure that our digital products are not only built on a foundation of robust data governance and AI but are also optimized to drive measurable growth for our customers and partners.
You will act as the connector between cross-functional product teams, technical teams and our commercial leadership, ensuring that every digital capability we launch is backed by analytical rigor and scaled effectively across the system.
What You'll Do for Us
1. End-to-End Data Product & Metric Governance:
- Govern 1st, 2nd, and 3rd-party data dimensions (e.g., RTM cubes, Volume) to ensure reporting consistency.
- Maintain shared business definitions and KPI, while organizing the documentation for key product metrics.
- Proactively identify and sunset underutilized reports or data streams to help free up team capacity and focus on high-impact initiatives.
2. Product Insight & Behavioral Analysis:
- Analyze how stakeholders and associates interact with our tools to determine which features are "must-haves" and which are friction points.
- Translate product usage data into Impact Narratives, helping the Business Analyst team understand which parts of their work are driving the most business value.
3. Product Discovery & Decision Support:
- Partners with product managers, designers and engineers frame product questions, evaluate opportunities, and inform prioritization.
- Use data and analysis to help teams understand which problems are most important to solve.
- Contribute analytical insight during product discovery, concept evaluation, and roadmap planning.
4. Experimentation & Impact Measurement:
- Design and evaluate experiments, pilots, and controlled rollouts to understand the impact of product changes.
- Help teams define success metrics and guardrails for new product capabilities.
- Translate experimental results into clear recommendations for product decisions.
5. Product Instrumentation & Measurement:
- Define event tracking and product instrumentation that accurately reflects user behavior.
- Partner with engineering teams to ensure reliable data collection and measurement.
What You'll Need
Key Qualifications:
- 5-8 years of experience in product analytics, digital analytics, or data analysis supporting digital products.
- Proven experience in data modeling, master data management and data governance, or governing complex metric frameworks.
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.
- Experience analyzing behavioral data such as funnels, cohorts, and user journeys.
- Experience designing or evaluating product experiments (A/B tests, pilots, or controlled rollouts).
- Ability to translate complex analyses into clear insights for product and business partners.
- Experience working closely with product managers, designers, and engineers.
- Understanding of how data inputs influence AI/ML models and how to automate insights within business workflows.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in analytics, statistics, economics, computer science, or a related quantitative field

Pay Range:
United States of America: $119,000 - $145,800
Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage:
