Senior Manager, Accounting and Reporting

The Senior Accounting & Reporting Manager role is in the Financial Reporting & Accounting Team, which is part of the Company's Consolidation Group. This team is responsible for leading the collection, consolidation & reporting of actuals as well as the maintenance of the Company's Financial Consolidation (FC) reporting systems.
Function-Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:
The key responsibilities of this role include the following:
External and Internal Financial Reporting:
- Collaborate with assigned accounting locations to ensure alignment and continuous improvement of the financial close process
- Build & maintain relationships with global locations by communicating jointly-developed standards, projects, & enhancements
- Provide accounting & system guidance to locations to ensure financial statements are free from material errors
- Review the quarterly balance sheet & cash flow submissions & associated narratives as well as follow up on & resolve questions/issues independently
- Understand & log all material identified financial statement errors & coordinate with locations to facilitate timely corrections
- Analyze & provide insights related to the quarterly balance sheet & cash flow results to senior management, FP&A, and Investor Relations
- Prepare and/or review information used for external reporting (Earnings Release, 10-Q, 10-K) & support the SEC filing each quarter
- Support leadership team with ad hoc requests
- Support the quarterly and yearly external audit
- Drive continuous process improvement

Consolidation System Stewardship:
- Understand system functionality, including the impact to consolidated results & reporting
- Support updates to the Financial Consolidation (FC) system, including testing & reviews
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required
- CPA preferred
Related Work Experience:
- 5+ years of relevant work experience; public accounting experience preferred
- Strong accounting & U.S. GAAP knowledge required
- Financial analysis & reporting experience preferred
- Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools (preferred but not required)
- Strong systems knowledge, exposure, or aptitude (SAP Financial Consolidation preferred)

Pay Range:
United States of America: $123,000 - $139,000
