Role Overview
The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a strategic, analytical, and future-focused leader to serve as the Senior Director, Franchise Strategy, Poland. In this role, you will shape the strategic direction of one of Europe's strategically important markets. You will act as an objective advisor to franchise leadership and system partners, integrating system priorities, orchestrating strategic routines, and leading critical cross-functional initiatives that unlock long-term value.

You will bring strong strategic thinking, deep understanding of system economics, and the ability to simplify complexity while fostering alignment across the system.

What You'll Do for Us

  • Lead the development, definition, and communication of the strategic agenda, aligning system priorities and translating ambitions into clear, actionable market strategies.
  • Align end-to-end strategic planning cycles, including Business Plan, Strategic Review, and long-term system alignment routines.
  • Lead high-impact cross-functional strategic projects and initiatives. Ensuring integrated analytics, competitive insights, and long-term performance perspectives that shape strategic direction and system priorities.
  • Provide unified, insight-rich storytelling for internal reviews and System Leadership Meetings, highlighting risks, opportunities, performance drivers, and forward-looking implications.
  • Ensure high-quality preparation and governance for key system routines, enabling informed, insight-led decision-making.
  • Manage the system agenda, ensuring seamless integration and alignment between TCCC and Bottler partners.
  • Develop actionable competitive insights for your market, enabling fact-based recommendations.
  • Serve as an objective, trusted advisor to franchise leaders and bottler stakeholders partnering closely with other functions and bottling partners.

Qualifications/ What we look for:

  • 10-12+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, finance, or franchise leadership roles within complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional strategic initiatives, influencing senior leaders, and delivering measurable business impact.

Base Salary - 376000 PLN - 645000 PLN

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography location, job-related knowledge, skills and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position is offered.

Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage: 30%
